I am the owner of Infinity Health & Fitness. I have certifications in personal training and nutrition and a passion for helping people achieve their goals. You have many choices when it comes to working with a personal trainer today, but what differentiates me is my experience, individual attention, and true desire to see my clients lead healthy and happy lives. I know what it feels like to feel stuck and hopeless. I wasn't always healthy and fit.
At 13 years old I was under 5 feet tall and weighed over 150lbs. Like many people, growing up and into my early adult life I didn't know much about healthy eating or exercise. In a desperate plea to lose weight I tried any diet, gimmick, or exercise trend I could find for over 10 years but nothing gave me lasting results. I felt hopeless and ended up with issues with eating and body image, but somehow I knew I was destined for a better lifestyle. Finally, through a lot of trial and error, plus a lot of education over nearly the last 20 years, I have learned how to incorporate healthy eating habits and an exercise routine into my life that works for me and gives me the results I want.
What I have also learned is that what works for me doesn't necessarily work for someone else. Every person is different and everyone wants different results. Everyone has a different schedule and different demands on their time. I don't believe in cookie cutter meal plans, magic pill transformations, and the popular cleansing diets. The secret is there is no secret, no quick fix, no magic pill. You have to find a way to incorporate things into your life that allow you to eat healthy, exercise, and make you feel good. Regardless of how much or how little time you have I can work with you to help you achieve the results you want. I educate my clients and create food and exercise plans that fit their individual lifestyle, needs and goals.
Fitness and healthy living have drastically changed my life for the better. Being overweight in the past, I didn't have confidence or motivation. After losing over 50lbs and changing my lifestyle, working out and balanced eating are a crucial part of my daily life. The changes I've made physically and mentally led me to become a personal trainer as well as pursue my goals of becoming a professional wrestler. I know how a healthy lifestyle can change everything in a positive manner and there's no better feeling than helping a client achieve their goals.
